MINISTRY'S POLICY STATEMENT
To drive a competitive and sustainable tourism and cultural sector for the socio-economic development of the country

OBJECTIVES
  1. Empowering tourism and cultural products/programs towards strengthening the nation's identity.
  2. Enhancing synergies and cooperation between tourism and culture sectors to make Malaysia a destination of choice.
  3. To promote the uniqueness of Malaysian arts, culture and heritage including tourism products as the main catalyst for the growth of the country's tourism and culture sector.
  4. To provide knowledgeable, skilled, creative and innovative human capital in the tourism and culture sectors.
