3.3 Mesyuarat ASCC Ke-15 dan Ke-16 telah memperakukan (adopted)/ mengambil maklum
(noted) sembilan (9) dokumen-dokumen untuk Sidang Kemuncak ASEAN Ke-28 dan Ke-29.
Dokumen-dokumen tersebut adalah seperti berikut:

i. ASEAN Declaration on One ASEAN One Response: ASEAN Responding to Disasters as One in
the Region and Outside the Region, for signing;

ii. Vientiane Declaration on Transition from Informal Employment to Formal Employment
towards Decent Work Promotion in ASEAN, for adoption;

iii. ASEAN Declaration on Strengthening Education for Out-of-School Children and Youth
(OOSCY), for adoption.

iv. V ientiane Declaration on Reinforcing Cultural Heritage Cooperation in ASEAN, for adoption;

v. A SEAN Joint Statement to the Thirteenth Meeting of the Conference of Parties to the
Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD COP13), for adoption;

vi. ASEAN Joint Statement on Climate Change to the Twenty-Second Conference of the Parties
(COP22) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), for
adoption;

vii. A SEAN Declaration of Commitment on HIV and AIDS: Fast-Tracking and Sustaining HIV and
AIDS Response to End the AIDS Epidemic by 2030, for adoption;

viii. B andar Seri Begawan Declaration on Culture and the Arts to Promote ASEAN’s Identity
Towards a Dynamic and Harmonious ASEAN Community, for notation; dan

ix. Roadmap on ASEAN Cooperation towards Transboundary Haze Pollution Control with Means
of Implementation, for notation.
