1. For your information, the stress balls produced in 2006, were meant to be given as souvenir items. Nevertheless, due to the miss-spelling, a verbal apology was made and the stress balls were recalled immediately in 2006 as well.
2. As a follow-through measure, all written messages in collaterals produced by the Ministry are carefully checked to ensure that such typo-error will not recur.
